Yeah, out at The Bend In The River!
Anyway, this little Crawdad was living in the mud under an old Russian Olive stump that we were trying to remove. I've herd that most of what flows in the Jordan River is waste water as the flow that dumps into the Great Salt Lake is nearly equal to the inflow of waste water. (yes I know this is horribly vauge and no I don't know for shure where all the clean water goes)
Nope, I didn't eat it.
